Manuscript Submission Guidelines

1. 1. Authors who wish to submit a manuscript must do so in accordance with these submission guidelines. Submissions should be made either through the institute’s online submission system (link) or via email at krims@kangwon.ac.kr.

3. 2. Submitted manuscripts must not have been previously published in any domestic or international publications. Submissions are accepted only if they align with the founding purpose of the institute or are deemed necessary by the editorial board.

5. 3. In principle, authors must hold at least a master’s degree in a relevant field, or be otherwise recognized by the editorial board as qualified to submit.

7. 4. Matters related to the submission period, review fee, publication fee, and honorarium are determined by the director of the institute following deliberation by the editorial board, and will be announced at the time of the call for papers.

9. 5. The copyright and publication rights of all articles published in the journal belong to the institute. By submitting a manuscript through the online system, authors are regarded as having agreed to this policy. Upon acceptance for publication, authors must submit a signed "Copyright Transfer Agreement" (attached separately). For other inquiries related to submission, please contact krims@kangwon.ac.kr.

논문 투고 규정

1. 논문 게재를 희망하는 자는 본 투고 규정에 따라 작성된 논문을 연구소 온라인 투고 시스템(링크) 또는 이메일 (krims@kangwon.ac.kr)을 통해 제출해야 한다.

   1. 2. 투고 논문은 국내외 다른 간행물에 이미 게재되지 않은 것이어야 하며, 본 연구소의 설립 취지에 부합하거나 편집위원회에서 필요하다고 인정된 경우에 한하여 접수할 수 있다.

   3. 3. 논문 투고 자격은 원칙적으로 석사과정 이상의 학위를 가진 전공자 또는 편집위원회에서 인정한 자로 한다.

   5. 4. 논문 모집 기간, 심사료, 게재료, 원고료 등과 관련된 사항은 편집위원회의 심의를 거쳐 연구소장이 결정하며, 논문 모집 공고 시 공지한다.

   7. 5. 학술지에 게재된 논문의 판권 및 저작권은 본 연구소가 소유한다. 온라인 투고 시스템을 통한 논문 제출 시 이에 동의한 것으로 간주되며, 논문 게재가 확정된 후에는 ‘저작권 이양 동의서’(별첨)를 추가로 제출해야 한다. 기타 투고 관련 문의는 이메일 (krims@kangwon.ac.kr)로 할 수 있다.

Manuscript Preparation Guidelines

1. 1. Manuscripts must be written in English in principle. If written in Korean, an English title page must be included.

3. 2. Manuscripts should be prepared using TeX or Hancom Office HWP 2018. Authors are encouraged to use the style files provided at the bottom of this page.

The manuscript should be organized in the following order: Title (with a footnote for funding information), Author(s) (with a footnote indicating affiliation, address, position, and email), Affiliation, Abstract, Keywords, Main Text, Acknowledgments, Appendix, References. Only the corresponding author's email should be listed.

7. 4. In English text, only the first letter of a sentence should be capitalized; all others should be lowercase, including in article titles, section headings, figure/table captions, and keywords, unless they are proper nouns.

9. 5. Author names should be written in the First Name Last Name format (e.g., Hye-Won Kim, Dongsu Oh).

11. 6. The running title must be provided in English.

13. 7. Sections and subsections must be numbered as 1, 2, 3, … and 1.1, 1.2, 2.1, …, respectively, using decimal notation.

15. 8. The English abstract should be approximately 150 words, and the Korean abstract should be around 500 characters. Equation numbers and references should not appear in the abstract.

17. 9. Select 3 to 6 keywords and list them in alphabetical or Korean alphabetical order, separated by commas, and ending with a period. Keywords should not contain equations.

19. 10. References must follow the example format provided in the style files available  at the bottom of this page.

21. 11. Manuscripts should be no more than 20 pages, including footnotes and references, when formatted using the institute’s style file. This may be adjusted by decision of the editorial board if necessary.

23. 12. All tables and figures must be cited in the main text and accompanied by sequential numbering (e.g., Table 1, Figure 1) and captions. Table titles should be placed above the tables, and figure titles should appear below the figures. If any source is used, it must be clearly stated in a footnote or the references section.

논문 작성 안내

1. 원고는 원칙적으로 영문으로 작성해야 하며, 국문으로 작성하는 경우 영문 제목 페이지를 반드시 포함해야 한다.

2. 원고는 TeX 또는 한글 2018을 사용하여 작성하며, 본 페이지 하단의 스타일 파일 사용을 권장한다.

3. 원고의 구성 순서는 제목(각주: 연구비 지원 사항), 저자명(각주: 소속, 주소, 직위, 이메일 주소), 소속 기관, 요약, 주요 용어, 본문, 사사, 부록, 참고문헌 순으로 한다. 단, 이메일 주소는 교신 저자만 기재한다.

4. 영문은 문장의 첫 글자만 대문자로 표기하며, 나머지는 소문자로 작성한다. 논문 제목, 절 및 소절 제목, 표 및 그림 제목, 주요 용어도 첫 글자만 대문자로 표기한다. 단, 고유명사는 예외로 한다.

5. 영문 성명은 이름을 먼저 표기하고, 성을 뒤에 기재한다. (예: Hye-Won Kim, Dongsu Oh.)

6. 축약형 제목(Running Title)은 반드시 영문으로 작성해야 한다.

7. 절(Section)의 번호는 1, 2, 3, ...으로, 소절(Subsection)의 번호는 1.1, 1.2, 2.1과 같이 점을 찍어 표기한다.

8. 영문 요약은 150단어 내외, 국문 요약은 500자 내외로 작성해야 한다. 요약문에서는 본문의 수식 번호나 참고문헌 인용을 포함하지 않는 것을 원칙으로 한다.

9. 주요 용어는 3~6개를 선정하며, 가나다 또는 알파벳 순으로 나열해야 한다. 주요 용어는 콤마(,)로 구분하며, 마지막 용어 뒤에는 마침표(.)를 찍는다. 주요 용어에는 수식을 포함하지 않는 것을 원칙으로 한다.

10. 참고문헌은 본 연구소 웹사이트에서 제공하는 스타일 파일의 예제를 따라 작성해야 한다.

11. 원고 분량은 주석 및 참고문헌을 포함하여, 본 연구소에서 제공되는 스타일 파일 기준으로 20매 이내를 원칙으로 한다. 단, 필요에 따라 편집위원회의 결정으로 조정할 수 있다.

12. 모든 표와 그림은 본문에서 반드시 인용하며, 연속된 번호(Table 1, Figure 1 등)와 캡션을 포함해야 한다. 표의 제목은 표 위에, 그림의 제목은 그림 아래에 위치해야 하며, 출처가 있는 경우 각주 또는 참고문헌에 명확히 표기해야 한다.
